My practice philosophy is very straight forward; my goal is to serve the client as well as possible given the circumstances.  I frequently represent groups of clients and to achieve these results I focus on the common elements and common themes among the clients to highlight the various ways that the clients are being short-changed by their employer.  I take pride in my ability to observe the individual sitation of the client while also understanding the overal situation from a global standpoint.  I then use that global understanding to craft solutions that address the client's individual circumstances.

I was born in Kansas City, Missouri and have been a life-long resident of the Kansas City Area.  My legal career began with my education at the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law where I earned my Juris Doctorate as well as my LL.M certificate in taxation.  I then clerked for Sherman, Taft & Bangert, followed by work as corporate counsel for a pay telephone company, prior to opening my own practice in 2000.
