Over the last eleven years, Brad has practiced in the areas of employment law, personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Brad has successfully tried employment discrimination claims as lead counsel in both federal court and before an arbitrator. He has also had occasion to represent and defend companies who have been the subject of discrimination claims made by their employees. Brad’s responsibilities include managing cases from the moment they arrive at our office through final resolution, be it trial, arbitration, mediation or other disposition.
Prior to beginning private practice, Brad was employed for over four years as an assistant prosecutor with the Platte County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. This position afforded Brad the opportunity to prosecute a variety of felony and misdemeanor offenses, from grand jury or preliminary hearing proceedings through jury and non-jury trials. In addition, Brad was appointed by the Presiding Judge of Platte County, Missouri to serve for a short period of time as the "Interim Prosecutor" for the County.
Brad is licensed to practice in both the State of Missouri and the State of Kansas.
