Mark represents employees in a wide variety of employment matters, with particular emphasis on enforcing employees’ rights to receive overtime pay, minimum wages and other compensation. 

Mark also has extensive experience in the highly complex and specialized field of employee benefits law, enforcing employees’ rights regarding their employer-sponsored retirement and health benefit plans.  

Mark grew up in Kansas City, Kansas and has lived most of his life in the Kansas City area.  He is an active member of the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, his daughter, and occasionally, his guitar.
