Sara’s civil litigation practice focuses primarily on employment law. She represents employees in cases involving employment discrimination, the enforcement of employees’ rights to receive overtime pay and minimum wage and whistleblowers' rights to report corporate fraud under the False Claims Act. Sara also advocates for consumers’ rights through the enforcement of violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act “FACTA” and anti-trust laws.

Sara is a life-long resident of the Kansas City area, and enjoys spending time with her husband, David.
